Cindy Barginear, Broker and Partner
Cindy has lived in Dallas most of her life. After graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School and returning from college in Lubbock, she and her husband settled in familiar East Dallas. Cindy has raised three children and has four grandchildren. Aside from her many volunteer hours, she enjoys furthering her career through many real estate continuing education courses.
She received her Real Estate license in 1977 and worked in Industrial Real Estate selling and leasing warehouses. As a woman, she pioneered this industry by being one of the first to succeed in it, and as a charter member of the Dallas Association of Women in Commercial Real Estate Organization. In 1980 she earned the designation of Broker license.
From 1980-87, she owned a commercial Real Estate company with a partner.
In 1987, she began managing 45 ACO and more than 500,000 square feet of warehouse space east of Farmers Market in Downtown Dallas.
In 1990 Cindy changed her focus to residential real estate and enjoys a lucrative practice today.
